First, I love myself! we had to learn to appreciate and love our body, its curves and waves. We need to teach ourselves to accept who we are and nurture the divine feminine in whatever way it comes through us.

We were often told we weren’t like a woman meant to be. We were told we needed to be more feminine. They probably wanted us to lower our laughter or stop questioning what had already been agreed to be feminine. We needed to play the girl: be submissive, naive, tameable…
